Toured up Rescue Creek with great visibility and partly sunny skies most of the day with a few scattered snow showers in the afternoon.  Lower terrain had a few fresh inches on top of the breakable crust layer.   Once we got up higher (above 5,400') there was around a foot of fresh snow on top of the supportable Feb 10th rain crust.  We dug a pit (6,200' north/northeast aspect) about 20 yards below Erich's without knowing and did not find any propagation during the ECT.  There was around 40cm's of fresh/light snow on top of the rain crust.  Snowboarded off the southern shoulder of Penrose back into Rescue Creek and did experience any snow moving (rode mostly north facing terrain).  The lighter snow that fell towards the end of the last storm rode really nice most the way down, just had to watch out for old debris which probably occurred during the last warm cycle and effected all aspects.  The track out was very fast and hard packed.
