Quick Observation
Took a quick drive up to Marias Pass to assess wind transport and see how much snow fell overnight.
2 to 4 inches of new snow at 5000 ft. Snow was scoured or blown into drifts up to a foot thick.
There is very little snow left hanging in trees. This is true for the leeward side of ridges as well. Strong winds must have impacted most aspects at some point after precip.
Observed some fresh cornice development along ridgelines above 5000 feet.
Winds were still actively blowing snow at around 11 AM. Precipitation also picked up in the canyon at around 1130 AM.
