Wahoo

Original plan was to travel up wahoo and go down rescue,  modified travel plans to lap the top trees in wahoo on north ridge

• Found the rain snow interface higher than I expected at 4900'
• at 5200' the snow turned more to Flathead cream texture, (is heavy but smooth under skin and ski
• Due to the warmer than expected conditions, modified our plan and decided to ski north side trees and stay on more conservative angles.  
• Recent storm snow on north slopes above 5200' varied between 25-35 cm depth
• pit results at 5800' were showed no planet Q3 ECT results.   Decided to find some rollovers and did ski cuts with no results
• as afternoon came rollerballs occurred even to top of the ridge
• Found light recent wind transport of ridge between cascadilla and wahoo
• by afternoon the it started snowing hard.  Upon descent it snowed until about 4600' and then turned to rain.
