WMR Ski Patrol found a very weak snowpack while conducting avalanche mitagation efforts in East Rim. Decomposing new snow and facets sit on a mid-pack rain crust (2 cm) on an east facing slope at 6000 feet. ECTP 23 failing on the facets above the crust.
