Got above the clouds around 5500'. This also seemed to be the line where the crust began to thin out. Above the clouds surface hoar has begun to form, in some spots on top of the crust. Sheltered areas are still holding good snow from the previous storm cycle once above the crust.
Small skier triggered sluff easily avoided by traversing out. We noticed two similar sluffs that looks to be about a day or two old on the same aspect.
