We ski toured up the Snowslip drainage today. Low tide coverage to begin the skinning. Once up in the drainage it was deep trail breaking. All day the winds were light to calm. We dug a pit on SW facing slope at 5800' First pit HS 90 cm ECT19 on crust (ground), no propogation Second pit was in a little different location closer to middle of the gully, HS 115 ECT24, 45 cm down, no results on persistent problem. It snowed all day, picked up 4 inches of light density primo. High clouds made for good visibility. We saw no cracking or other signs of instabilities on the skin track up or skiing down. We enjoyed many laps on SW gullies.
