Saw one point slide south side of shields otherwise did not observe or hear activity. We skied north, ne and nw facing gladed slopes near shields. Snowpack seemed consolidated and variable. There was a two-inch slab in places on the north side near ridge that had a sugary layer below. Conditions were variable warm temps were starting to add additional weight to north slope and that wind slab layer was spooky.
