Looking for sheltered, north aspects, we exited the WMR boundary and headed over Ghoulie Point. What began around 10:30 as a light zipper crust progressed with consistent freezing rime to be a full-blown crust spectacular that was difficult to ski and 5mm-8mm consistenly by 13:00. The included image shows the recent crust, the layer of unconsolidated facets beneath, and the Thanksgiving crust and associated facets beneath.
SW Winds were light along the ridgetops, and solid precip did fall was also light (S1-).
