Toured up the south face of Running Rabit above shed 11 to the weather station and then to the top of the 1163 slide path.
Descended the south face of Running Rabit.
Objectives were to observe the fallen new snow, make a snow profile for the 1163 slide path, and observe wind slabs.
There was a 1' of fresh snow above 5,000' from two days ago.
Ski cut a few test slopes with wind slabs 1' to 2' deep. Ski cuts were unreactive.
No observable wind loading.
