nice right side up pow once at 4500-5000'. we were able to get dry sluffs to run on steeper pitches but nothing alarming or suprising. minimal wind and snowfall during the day. around 1600 the winds picked up dramatically moving snowing and trees shedding. no evidence of wind transport on n or west aspects where we skied. dug one pit at 6000', just below ridge line. depth of 195 cm. no propagation in our pit, though did have ECTN 10 at 30 cm down and ECTN 18 60 cm, both of these seem like denisty change in snow. of note, the crust here was about 100 cm down, decent quality shear with shovel pull after we complete the ECT.
