Skied a NW aspect off Diamond PK ridge. The skin up through the trees held 3-4 inches of hot pow that was slick as snot on top of a melt freeze crust. In some innocuous spots up high (5500+) was able to slab off 7 or so inches on the skinner, but nothing widespread enough to run. The descent was super variable, from hard pack to wind skin to blower all in old growth trees. By the time we got back to the sleds it was gloppy shite. Sun crust will probably be solid on S and W aspects tommorow. Exposed slide paths off the peak looked from a distance like they had roller ball and point release debris but it turmed out to be wicked wind textures on exposed slops.
