We hoped another solid overnight freeze would provide some early season corn on our south aspect today. However we found balmy temps and barely supportable crust in the am and by 0930 ice and rime fall ramped up and we audibled to different slopes. Surface now conditions were variable from ice strong enough to see your own reflection to corn to breakable crust and mush. Other than falling debris pretty quiet day out.
