Solar-triggered loose snow avalanches involving recent snow on very steep slopes near/ below rocks. Dirty old snow surface visible in many tracks. Did not continue into early afternoon. Similar slides visible on Elk Mountain.

Glide crack visible 5/11; had failed by 5/22, with new snow on bed. Guestimating release date as 5/18 or 5/19 based on new snow on bed and track. Larger glide crack on adjacent slope had not failed, though more deformation of slab.
