Saw this avalanche from Hwy 2 around 11 am. Had to have ran sometime since yesterday evening and suspect it was early this morning. Looks like it failed on the December facets that finally gave out after enough of load was put on top. Wind-loading onto easterly aspects has been pretty heavy here lately. Debris ran below the junction with the main path and out of sight from the highway, but estimate it terminated around 5200 feet.
