Winds seemed oddly elevation-specific in the Apgars yesterday:
- Little to no wind down low
- 5-10 mph on an exposed ridgetop at 6,000 ft. with little effect on the snow
- 20+ mph at 6,200 ft., creating a thick, supportable wind slab and relatively large cornices
No instabilities noted below the ridgetops, just pow.
