Went for a late afternoon highway binocular tour looking for evidence of unexpected or larger wet avalanches with the continued warming trend. From our roadside vantages, avalanche activity remains consistent with the advisory: shallow wet loose on E, S, W aspects that have run sometime in the last 3 days. No significant cornice fall on the ridges that we could see.
Hwy 2 to Stanton Lake and Going-to-the-Sun Road.
