Avalanche Location:
We Obsered a Persistent Slab avalanche on the west face of Heavens Peak that likely failed within the vicinity of February 8th. I have attached two photos with diffently lighting from both of our days. The darker photo actually shows the avalanche bed surface a lot better despite flat lighting. We also observed what looked to possibly be a wind slab failure on Rogers Peak directly across the Camas Valley. We were not exactly sure if this was just a wind texure or an avalanche crown.
