More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Elevation of 5800 on west-northwest aspect. snow depth ~260 cm. ectn  8 @ 240 cm, ectn 18 @ 220 cm (but fractured deeper in a diagnol direction). there are still clean layers that break cleaner at 220 cm and 160 cm, but not really reactive in ect. we purposefully cut on steeper terrain and roll overs with only new snow movement, no deeper instability triggered.
