after yesterday we kept away from the divide and toured in the central middle fork. no signs of wind slab formation or wind effect here. about 1 meter of snow ontop of the 1/13 crust. we skied SE aspect ~30 degrees and had no signs of instability while skiing or skinning. on/off light snowfall and graupel. wind picked up throughout the day with minimal wind transport.
