Ventured up the highway 2 corridor. Experienced gusty winds at elevation along with plentiful cracking under foot on the skin track. Dug a pit without propagation however still found clean shears. We opted to exit and with planned ski cuts were able to trigger 1-2' slides quite easily (see pictures). Also of note, on the SE aspect of furlong there was a large crown and glide crack.
