Quick Observation
JSC - South Side
Found good skiing on east and north aspects, 7300' down to valley bottoms.
Strong winds on the ridge lines, open areas and valley bottoms. Winds were light upon returning to the car.
4" of new snow from the previous day, and 1" for today.
No avalanche activity, or signs of snow instabilities.
Skied open terrain, 40* with minor surface sloughing.
Still finding lots of soft snow, mixed with some developing soft slabs in areas exposed to the wind.
Winds were generally from the south west.
Thanks to who ever left the box of Hostess HoHos, on top of Fulong.
