Tracks and runouts below steep gullies and snowfields in cliffy terrain looked to have debris from fresh loose snow avalanches. Couldn't tell whether they were wet or dry, though they looked dry to my eye in the flat light.

Avalanche Location:
Largest of ~ half dozen skier-triggered sluffs,most D1 and releasing on northerly slopes steeper than about 38 degrees. Triggered w ski cut on open convexity. Quickly sread wider than skis; entrained all snow down to old snow surface and ran into trees.
