Checked out the recently reported crown near Half Moon
The slide was a small soft slab formed from recent new and wind drifted snow, about a foot deep, harmless unless it pushed you into the trees below it. It looked to be a few days old.
No signs of wind transport from last nights winds or other signs of instability
