Human-Powered Ladies Partner Rescue
A great refresher for the ladies! Join us for an eight-hour field day to earn and practice how to operate your rescue gear. Perform a mock companion rescue. Walk away knowing how to keep your skills sharp.
Tuition: $65
You are required to have a fully operational modern avalanche transceiver (457kHz), an avalanche shovel (no plastic blades) and an avalanche probe. You are required to have downhill (or backcountry) skis or snowboard with appropriate bindings. You do not need climbing skins. Meet at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Transportation is on your own. Wear appropriate clothing, and provide your own lunch.
