AIARE Level 2 Avalanche Course ; March 9-11, 2022 

Located in the beautiful Flathead Valley, The Mountain Guides Montana offers avalanche courses and skills clinics to help you begin and refine your avalanche safety and knowledge and help you become a safer, more competent back country adventurer.  In our AIARE courses we’ve taken it to the next level by providing students with an ideal learning environment for avalanche education and a one-of-a-kind venue. Our AIARE 2 programs are run at the Great Northern Powder Guide’s backcountry facility and include lodging and some food while in the field.

***FOR WINTER 2021/22 ALL PARTICIPANTS IN YURT-BASED PROGRAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION FOR COVID-19.***

Prerequisites: All particiants must have taken a Level 1 Avalanche course within the last 5 years, as well as a Companion Rescue Class
