More detailed information about the avalanche: 

Observed several small to moderate slides that had ocurred in the Skook Chutes and Fibreglass areas of Canyon Creek. Came across them while grooming the trail. Must have ocurred mid to late day as there were snowmobile tracks up and over them. 2 of them reached the Canyon Creek Road and the largest was roughly 10 feet deep by 30 feet covering the trail.
